Creating Cluster Secondary and Tertiary Curriculum links
Creating Cluster Secondary and Tertiary Curriculum links   aims to enhance the curriculum linkages between the school and tertiary sectors through the collaborative development of e-learning modules by tertiary, college and high school students, teachers and lecturers. The project will involve a Year 12 class from each of the three government colleges and one Year 10 class from each of three government high schools linking with a research scientist/mathematician in a two school cluster grouping. Students and teachers in Year 10 and 12 science and maths courses will engage with PhD students and lecturers from Australian National University. Collaboration will be facilitated by innovative e-learning links between the cluster partners resulting in the production of transferable e–learning curriculum modules developed by classroom teachers.

Research and Teaching: Golden Braid of Professional Learning.
Research and Teaching: Golden Braid of Professional Learning. Research and Teaching: Golden Braid of Professional Learning builds on the outcomes of a previous ASISTM project involving the Mt. Jerrabomberra Education Centre and aims to enhance links between secondary school teachers, scientists, and science and mathematics educators. The cluster includes four ACT high schools and two rural NSW high schools, two universities and a local government city council. Teachers will undertake research projects under the guidance of university research scientists, and will create models of inquiry-based questioning that can be applied in classrooms. University mentors will collaborate with teachers on assessing effectiveness of models in secondary education.
